Venue Spaces

We’re thrilled to make our newly modernized private event spaces available for groups ranging from 2 to 275 attendees. Ideal for events ranging from intimate roundtables to multi-day conferences and large receptions, the Capital Campus has a venue to suit your event’s unique needs. Our sleek, state-of-the-art facilities are ready to host your group for your next unforgettable occasion. Special rates are available for USC faculty and staff, government agencies, nonprofits and USC alumni.

First Floor – Auditorium, Courtyard and Plaza
Our first-floor Auditorium features floor-to-ceiling windows, state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities and a flexible stage, making the space ideal for conferences, panel discussions, receptions and seated dinners. Included with the Auditorium is a flex space that can function as a catering kitchen, speaker staging area, staff room or temporary event storage space. Additionally, a 333 square foot Courtyard off the back of the Auditorium and a dedicated A/V booth are encompassed in the venue rental.
For an additional fee, the building’s front Plaza can be added to the rental of the Auditorium.

Second Floor – Classroom 202, Classroom 204 (A&B) and the Lounge
Our second-floor Student Learning Center is comprised of two Classrooms— one of which can be subdivided into two
smaller meeting rooms—and the Lounge. Classrooms can be set into various configurations and are equipped with
top-of-the-line A/V technology. These spaces are best suited for meetings, roundtable discussions, classes or break-out rooms. The Lounge can be added to the rental of both Classrooms.

Penthouse – Penthouse and Rooftop Terrace
Our Penthouse and outdoor Rooftop Terrace offer panoramic views of the D.C. skyline, abundant natural light and function as a seamless indoor-outdoor space that is well suited for receptions, meetings, roundtables and intimate dinners. The south portion of the Penthouse includes an interior glass partition to enclose the boardroom table for added privacy.
